The official newsletter of Spring Creek Restaurants is The Sauce,
which is published three times per year and covers events in all parts of our
company, including Spring Creek Barbeque, Mexican Inn Cafes, Shady Oak
Barbeque & Grill, Spring Creek Catering and our corporate office.
The Editor of The Sauce is Greg T. Hall, who also does much of
the writing. Kevin Guyton is responsible for graphic design, and Becky
Carroll handles some additional writing.
The links below give you a choice of the type of file where you can
view The Sauce. Since the file containing The Sauce is so
large, we recommend that you download it to your computer and then read it,
instead of trying to read it while on-line. To do this on a PC, right
click your chosen file link, and click Save Target As... Remember
where you saved it on your computer so you can find it again.
