Upon joining, you will earn an immediate reward for a complimentary cobbler and cream as our way of thanking you for becoming a new ‘Que Rewards member. It will be awarded to your ‘Que Rewards account immediately upon joining.
How to Earn ‘Que Reward Points
As a member, you will earn 10 ‘Que Reward points for every $1 that you spend (not including sales tax). For every 1000 points, you will be rewarded $10 in credit to use during any visit to Spring Creek Barbeque. Your points and rewards may be accumulated and used at any time. You can track your reward points by logging in to your account below.
Celebrate Your Birthday and Anniversary of Joining
During your birthday month, you will receive a complimentary entrée of your choice. You may claim your birthday reward during any day of your birthday month. Also, on the day celebrating the anniversary of your joining, you will receive a complimentary entrée of your choice. You may claim your anniversary reward for up to 30 days after the anniversary of your joining.
To be eligible for the birthday and anniversary rewards, you must spend at least $20 (pre-tax) at any of our Spring Creek Barbeque locations under your loyalty account. (Gift cards excluded). This requirement applies only for birthday and anniversary rewards and is a one time spend of at least $20 (pre-tax and excluding gift cards) for the life of your account.

Please inform the cashier that you are a ‘que rewards member before they ring up your order. Missing ‘que rewards points? Submit a missed transaction. (Please wait up to two business days for missing points to be credited to your account)

+Will I receive a physical ‘que rewards card?
Our membership cards are virtual. Please let the cashier know you are a ‘Que Rewards member and provide the phone number you used at sign up so that you can get credit for your visit or apply any award you may earn.
+Will I receive a physical certificate for my signup reward of a complimentary cobbler & cream?
All of our rewards are virtual and tied to your account. The complimentary cobbler & cream will be active in your account during your first visit to our store. No purchase is necessary, only loading your account on a single ticket. Once you give one of our cashiers your loyalty information, the complimentary cobbler & cream will be active in your account. To see the rewards you have earned to date, please log in to your ‘Que Rewards account here.
+What do I do if I did not let the cashier know that I am a ‘que rewards member?
If you did not let the cashier know you are a ‘Que Rewards member, you may submit a request for your missing points here. The web address is also located on the bottom of your receipt. You will need to supply all the pertinent receipt information.
+I was close to 1000 points, but now when I log in I do not have any points. Did I lose them?
After you earn 1000 points, you will be awarded a $10 credit to your ‘Que Rewards account to spend on the visit of your choosing. The counter then resets for your next 1000 points. The reward credit will be visible as an earned reward on your account page. You may log in and check your rewards by clicking here.
+Do my points or earned credits expire?
Points never expire and you may bank as many earned reward credits for as long as you want before you choose to use them.
+Can I choose the amount of my credit I want to apply to my next visit?
If you choose to use your earned reward credits on your visit, it will apply any earned reward credit up to the amount of the check. For example, if you have earned $20 in reward credit, and your check is $13.00. It will apply $13.00 of your reward credit to your check and you will have $7.00 in reward credit remaining. If your bill is $25.00, it will apply all $20 of your reward credit to your check, and your check will have a remaining $5 balance.
+When can I use my birthday reward?
You may use your birthday reward any time of your choosing during your birthday month. Birthday rewards do expire at the end of the month and may not be claimed after that.
+Can I choose when I want to use my anniversary reward?
Anniversary rewards are automatically applied to your first visit after your Anniversary reward is credited to your account, and when you notify the cashier that you are a ‘Que Rewards member. Anniversary rewards are awarded annually on the date you became a ‘Que Rewards member and expire 30 days after they are awarded.
+I received an email for a complimentary entrée, what is an entrée?
An entrée is any adult meal excluding a la carte sides, desserts, poundage, or beverages.
+How can I redeem my rewards?
You can redeem your rewards one of three ways:
- In person in the restaurant or on the phone when placing a to-go order. Just let the cashier know you are a reward member. Either show them the check-in code on your app by pressing “Check in”, or give them the phone number you used to when you created your rewards account.
- When ordering from our online ordering website at https://order.springcreekbarbeque.com/, log into your account by clicking on “Sign In” option in the upper right corner of your mobile device or desktop browser. Order as normal, and during the checkout process, choose any available and applicable rewards and apply it.
- Lastly is when ordering from our app. Order as normal, and during the checkout process click on the “Apply Rewards” option and select an available and applicable rewards and select apply reward.
+I signed up for a loyalty account during my birthday month, but never received my complimentary birthday reward.
Birthday rewards are awarded on the first day of every month.If you created an account during your birthday month, you will receive your first complimentary birthday meal on the first of the following month and then on the first of your actual birthday month for all subsequent years.
