Academic Bonus Program
Our academic bonus program pays student employees at the end of each semester, based on their grades and number of hours worked during the semester. For example, a student working 20 hours per week and maintaining an A-B average will receive a check each semester of approximately $234.00. Come into Spring Creek, and we’ll explain how this program works to reward you for good work in the classroom.
How To Apply
Visit your local Spring Creek location, and explain to the Store Partner or Manager on duty that you would like to apply for a job. Please don’t visit during the lunch or dinner rush, but come at a quieter time. You may be asked to fill out an application at that time, so be prepared to provide information about your previous employment. An interview may be scheduled for a later time.
